You will need:
1 lb lean ground beef
2 1/2 cups beef broth
1 cup sour cream (generic, anything fancy like breakstones tends to have a funky taste to it.)
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
2 tsp of each: salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder
12 oz uncooked egg noodles
8 oz whole mushroom cut in half (they seem like they will be too big now, but when cooked they will shrink… alot).
1/3 cup chopped onion

1.) brown ground beef in a pan
2.) add to a crock pot with beef broth, mushrooms, spices, 1 tbsp parsley, and onion.
3.) allow to cook on low for 5 hours.
4.) In a separate bowl, mix together flour, Dijon mustard and sour cream.
5.) add the mixture to the crock pot, mix well, and allow to cook covered another 20 minutes.
6.) Cook egg noodles in boiling water according to package directions.
7.) top a plate or bowl of cooked egg noodles with sauce, garnish with remaining parsley.
