Exhausted in Im new

I’m well into my seventh month as CEO. In the last three months we have been wildly successful. Too successful. Aimed to grow 6 percent by June 2018. Have grown 2.5 percent first five weeks of the Financial year. Right people right roles, great advertising and social media and some great training. Now I need to manage success and I’m exhausted by my efforts.
