We were able to get into court early by claiming that Max and his brother were a threat to society and so far so good. I had an anxiety attack before everything started. So I didn’t have to make my presence known. They tried to apologize after they were told what their sentence may be but instead of apologizing Max said “Sorry I offended that girl, we were just kidding. Why does everyone have to be so f-king sensitive.” Mhmm go on, Max. Dig your hole deeper. Max’s brother (let’s call him Dave) left the room crying and asking FOR HIS DAUGHTER. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT?! HE. HAS. A. DAUGHTER. Poor little girl. He might be a good dad, but deep inside he’s a terrible person. He knows it and it makes me sad that daughter may one day have to know who her father really is.

In other news, I applied for a loan so I could pay rent SINCE MY IDIOT BROTHER QUIT HIS JOB I won’t be able to pay rent, buy groceries, AND pay the bills with the money that I make. He’s being incredibly inconsiderate by asking me to handle everything. Before he quit I still took care of majority of the rent, groceries, and bills. He pays $200 in rent (I pay $700), he rarely helps with groceries, and he ONLY pays his phone bill and the internet, while I’m left with light, gas, water, and my personal bills like phone and credit cards. It’s not like I’m asking for much, all I needed was for him to hang on for a few more weeks until I can get a better job. I already quit school because I couldn’t afford to only work part time. But I got denied for the loan. And all he can say is “don’t worry, it’ll be okay. Can we go get Taco Bell, I’m hungry?” NO WE CAN’T GO GET TACO BELL I DON’T HAVE MONEY! Sometimes I feel like my family does these things to me on purpose.

There’s only so much stress and pressure I can handle and he’s not making anything any easier. I don’t know how much longer I can take this..

Have you tried talking to him about finances and carrying his weight?

All the time. He always says he has his "personal things" to pay off...
