Ok, it's time for a real update.
I'm sad OD is officially gone but, when something ends something else has to be begin, or so I've been told. I think I found most of my OD peeps before it ended for good so that's a plus!
So lately - Lately, I've been working for my dad and learning his business. He jokes it's so he can retire soon but, I know that's not the real case. At least not anytime soon, there's still a lot to be learned. He's been in the chemical field for 28 years (longer than I've been alive) so, obviously I need some time. It has been pretty uneventful so far but, money has been decent (depending on sales that month) so I really can't complain.
I bought a car! It's a Fiat 500L. When I say that to people they're like "why do you want a Fiat? They're so small and ugly" well first, I said 500L, not 500! It's bigger and way cute. But even after I say that, they still think I'm talking about the small one. Even after I tell them it's bigger than my Acura RDX, people don't listen! Let's see if I can upload photos to this place...

So anyway, I'm super happy about that big purchase. Time to get my credit back up. Didn't realize if you don't have much activity on your credit, it starts to go down. Whomppp.
A few day after I bought Marshmallow in December, I was told my little sister is pregnant. She's 23, lives with my parents with baby daddy, and just graduated college, no job yet. Baby daddy has a job but just got a raise to $12 an hour. It'll be real interesting. Pretty positive this was planned which is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. But, she's due in August Any day now I'll start to get excited... Any day now. I'm planning the gender reveal in March. Mostly because I'm the only one who has been to one and my mom can't hold a secret to save her life. I also think planning that will start to make me excited. I'm going to be an aunt for the first time! Just wish she was more settled, not living at my parents, and the guy wasn't so annoying. It could be worse! Surprised it didn't happen years ago.
Danny and I are doing well! We just celebrated our second one year anniversary. It's kinda awkward having a new anniversary but.... It is was it is. His mom still says our anni is in June ad we've been together for 5+ years but, we def had a year off. My mom asks me on the reg when I'm getting a ring. I have to remind her too that, we've only been back together for a short time. Like legit, she just came in the office and asked if I was going to get a ring this vday... Yes mom, in 5 days I'll be engaged. No. Drop it! He does have a romantic hotel package thing in Dallas where they bring you champagne and breakfast in bed but, I can guarantee there will be no ring, and I'm ok with that.
Nevertheless, we're super happy
So I moved out of my apt with my roommate from college and moved to Fort Worth. It's 20 minutes further from Dallas/Danny (now 40 minutes away) and people are wondering why, especially because his lease was up 2 weeks after mine BUT, I'm happy I did it. I don't see the appeal in living with him again until I have a ring on my finger. We gave up on each other way too easy the first time and next time I live with him, it's going to be forever. One more year to sorta be on my own. And I friggin' love Fort Worth! Happy to be living somewhere because it's where I wanted to be. Not to mention, Danny's dog is allowed in my new place, my old roommate didn't like dogs so he can visit way more than he used to. Also, my new roommate is awesome! Love her! She's actually the reason how I met Danny. At her 21st birthday back in '09. Good times.
Wow, this is getting long. Here I was thinking that I didn't have much to post about and now this... I'll try and do this more often! I'm still trying to figure this site out!
