Not sure if I used this book or the other one, but I wanna say thanks to everyone who commented on "The Good Ex". I'm going to nut up and just send her a friend request on Facebook. It's been over a decade, and like someone pointed out, the worst that can happen is I end up exactly where I am now.
I've an appointment on Friday to go talk to the owner of a door company about 40 miles away, and see if his offer would work to my needs. Current work is aware I will not be returning to deliveries. I've also been told that I won't be maintaining my pay rate past this week, so the sooner I'm employed elsewhere, the better.
My back is feeling better, but I still get a twinge now and then. Chiropractor and physical therapy are apparently required. I'm told that there's a good chance that it's going to hurt worse than when I actually got injured. Greeeaaaaaaat.
On that note, I'm off to bed. I'm just worn.
