Wow, not sure what I have been waiting for, I've spent the last three days being a sloth and grazing. I woke up today and ran 5 miles outside. I had to come back because my daughter had to go to work and no one else was home to watch my son. Instead of just calling it good at 5, I jumped on the treadmill and ran another 3 to make 8. My long run for the week was supposed to be 8, so I least I got that in and the shorter two runs on Mon and Tues. I just need to kick my self in the butt, and get out there because I know I will feel better afterwards.
The scale is still a few pounds up from where I can live with it, but as long as I stay on track I should handle that within a week or two. I just need to stop letting it continue to creep up until it's too much.
Gotta go get ready, we are picking new couches today, the ones we have now are crap. I'm so happy we bought the protection plan so they are giving us store credit to pick something new. Less than a year old and the fabric is so worn there is a hole in one spot, and they don't even get used that much. Everyone here spends a lot of time in their bedrooms when home.
