My mom (adoptive mom) held on to this for 33 years. She kept them in the lock box, and since they weren’t really related to my search, she wanted to wait until I found out as much as I could before pulling them out. There is a letter I will try to transcribe in another entry written by a CPS worker, and then 3 pages handwritten by my foster mom. I’m not censoring anything because my name hasn’t been Betty since I was adopted.
