Been forever since I wrote a summary of what’s going on.
Been up to Townsville twice dice 15th January when we took the son back to base. 800 km each way. Went up last Friday and home Monday. Had Saturday on Magnetic Island where we hired a mini Mike with 900000 miles on the clock and limited brakes. Had a nice time though and kids did horse riding where my subtle son got the phone number of a Kentucky lass on her first day in Australia. Luckily she will attend Univerdity right next door to the sons army base. His one year anniversary tomorrow of enlisting.
Our house tenovations nearly done with two pack laundry and new ensuite. Cost us around 35k all up.
Daughter back to Brisbane tomorrow after 7 weeks at home, during which she worked 120 hours packing fruit.
I am doing okay at the new role. It’s just enormous.
