I’ve gained about five pounds, I think. That’s not a lot, but it could be a slippery slope if I let it.
I haven’t been running, I haven’t been going to a gym, I haven’t been keeping track of my calories, I haven’t actually even been eating very well.
And as much as I love eating, and hate exercising, I need to get back to it in order to stay healthy. My lungs have been acting weird lately, and I don’t want to deal with that.
So this morning I got up early and I went for a “run”. I put that in quotations because I was only out for about 20 minutes, and I only went about 1.8 km. BUT it’s better than nothing. It was hard, but it’s a start. A fresh start.
Just for today I will keep track of my calories.

Wow good for you! You're not scared of slipping? I have poor balance even on a dry surface lol. 80 is a lot of squats! You must be feeling great.
