I have been checking OD at least 3 or 4 times a day just to see if it will come up and so far, nothing. I'm beginning to get a little tightness in my chest that OD has run into some unexpected issues. I just hope and pray that it does come back and I'd prefer sooner than later but will continue to check daily. It would be nice if someone that actually knew what was going one would update the FB page, but nothing there either since the 14th I think. *Sigh I'm glad I did come here, but really haven't connected with many of my favs from OD. Hopefully the "connect" will happen if OD never returns. We received ice and snow the end of last week. Freezing rain was on the agenda for Friday AM which caused a lot of accidents throughout the state. The post ceased all government vehicle movement for a couple of hours and that was a very smart call. Sometime late Friday night it started snowing, as predicted. I was awake before 5am on Sat and sure enough the snow had begun. It was beautiful as long as you didn't have to be driving. It was a wet heavy snow that was perfect for building snow men and other snow critters. I didn't play in the snow and instead made treat jars for my employees. I had started experimenting earlier in the week and ended up decorating 12 pint jars and 4-1/2 pint jars. Filled each with a mix of chocolates to include candy kisses, Hershey's mini bars, mini KitKat bars, York mints, and Andes mints. Lots of Shuga!! If OD comes back I will post a picture or two of my latest project. Did burn up a glue gun doing the project but I have several glue guns so that was good since I wouldn't have gotten out of here to buy a new one. Nothing else to say for now. Oh, we are having warm temps now and most of the snow has melted today. Will stay warm (50-60s) until Friday evening when another snow storm is coming. Good thing I did most of the Christmas shopping on line!! Need to take Jacob to Wally World so he can do his shopping and will do that one evening this week. Can't take the chance to put it off til the weekend with more snow predicted. Take care and God Bless
