Job Applications in The Catch All

I know I cant be the only one who hates looking for a job. Maybe I’m looking at it the wrong way, but it seems like so much work just to be told you are either too qualified, or under qualified. And that’s looking in your field! Maybe its putting in applications everywhere, and doing a callback a week later on all of them, and never hearing anything from anyone. If I didn’t need the money, id never work. Then again, wouldn’t we all?
