21 day progesterone and Femara in TTC #3 After Stillbirth

I had a 21 day progesterone lab drawn last Monday. Results came back as 0.6 - normal range for cd21 is between 10-15. They suggested I try Femara this cycle and re-check on cd21 again. If I still have a low result I will be transferring care out of the midwife office to a RE. :-/ I was hopping this would be a little easier than the other times I got pregnant… looks like it isn't going to be. Already been 7 months since Callum was born and no luck at all. I hate to be negative and all "why me".. but really, can't I get a break!?
