So much stuff has happened since I last wrote.
Let’s see…
Well, Daniel had his first birthday. We were in Santiago with his grandparents and had the best time. He got lots of hugs and presents. Then we flew back to Concepción and he had another birthday party at day care. And then we had a super big party with all his little friends. It was a total success. He didn’t cry, and actually appeared to have a great time–although I’m sure he didn’t understand that the whole singing and candle-blowing thing was for him. I’ve got lots of pictures I’ll put up as soon as I remember to upload them to Photobucket. Anyway, this was all AGES ago… he’s 13 months now. gasp How time flies.
I got a freakin parking ticket :(. The cops were pulling people over, and they pulled me over, so I went… and I didn’t realice I drove past a stop sign in the process. Doesn’t that sound just like entrapment? I gotta tell you–I feel very trapped! So I got the damn ticket and when I went to pay it, they told me they were gonna hold my driver’s licence for ten whole days. Ten days! OMG. I can’t live without my car. So far it’s been two days… I’m getting to know Uber real well.
… that’s about it.
It actually wasn’t that much stuff. Huh.
