A nice day, got up to about 45! Made it “juicy”. Butch dropped by a while. He was cutting wood. Sharon was down a little while Chuck and the boys hauled us some big hay bales.

1. Butch, Sharon and Gary did the chores this morning. Gary and Butch changed the oil in the pick up and Kathy’s car. Chuck and Doris come by for a little bit.

Gma Tue 1-14-1994

Feels a bit colder this morning. About 19 but at least sunshine. We fed with four by but couldn't get back to the pond. Had to take a tire off the for by and get it fixed. Valve stem was about to rot off. Went to MFA and got some more protein blocks. Got everything together again and ready for tomorrow. Got up to about freezing.

Me Tue 1-14-2014

Wore out tonight. I slept good after I went to bed but like the night before I stayed up way to late. Last night I was surfing Good Reads. I just meant to go on to the site to mark down the book I finished the night before.

I told Angie about my plan to take the first week of every month off dieting and then to diet the other three weeks. She was not a fan. She wants to do determine how much I still want to lose and then set a timeframe and a cheat meal once a week. I also came to a realization tonight which seems self evident but as long as I binge I will never be able to eat maintenance calories.
