A bit of relaxation in The days in the life

I took my Wife last weekend to the country parts here last weekend. I wanted her to know what it will be like. She told me that she loved it when we were driving back home on Monday. We stayed in a motel and it was really quite nice. It was our first roadtrip if you will as Mr and Mrs. We’ve yet to go on our honeymoon, but that will be next year either before or after we get our farmhouse. We’ve decided on San Francisco for that.

We went over to the Pueblo Zoo. I had always wanted to go, and I’d seen a flyer in the hotel lobby. They advertised their newest baby animal arrival, a Tiger Cub named Mumford. Oh my goodness, he was a delightful bundle of joy to look at. He was laying up on the rocks next to his Mum and Pa. I took so many pictures of all the animals,, ha ha.

We’ve decided to forgo the whole rv thing, and just get the farmhouse/land instead. This was our original intent. I have very specific plans and goals for our house and land and I will see them followed through.

Today, was an off day for us, so we went to another zoo, ha ha. Walked nearly six and a half miles. I’ve decided that, instead of going to visit all the different baseball parks that I’ll switch it to all the different zoo’s instead.

I’m out of scones for my tea time, sigh, speaking of that, I’d shown the different tea services that I was looking at to my Wife, and she was like wow. It’s gonna be like up to $150 that I’ll spend on it but not right now,

I’m off this coming Saturday and Sunday. We’re going to take in the aquarium on Saturday. Then we’ll do another zoo. That will make all three we have in our state. We have a wildlife center with the big cats that I want to visit before we move. California has twelve zoo’s and wildlife parks combined.

I’m ready to settle into the fall portion of the season. It’ll be about saving money and research.

Cheers,
Cbj
