Weekend in Orlando in Life as I know it

Had a fun three day off stretch, probably the most productive in a long time. I went up to visit one of my best friends in Orlando. We went to the water park, then to Morimoto’s, and followed by Finding Dory. Everything was great, just not Morimoto’s. We were very disappointed in the food there, especially hearing from co-workers how amazing it was. It was average. Truly, it was Asian fusion food that tastes like you could get the same quality at Panda Express but with a price tag through the roof. IMO, there are a lot of great Japanese restaurants in the Orlando area… Go there instead.
Woke up the next day, had breakfast with Darlene and Adrian. The breakfast at The Breakfast club was delicious. Then I drove back to see my family for an early Father’s Day. My mom and I stayed up and watched Phantom of the Opera followed by Sense and Sensibility. All leading me to conclude I am a golden age girl, a romantic who wishes she could have been born in decades before her own. Romantic thinking gets you no where in life.
Anyways, I am back to the grind of the RN life. Just 4 more nights and another 3 off. It can’t come soon enough.
