The scale on the left is airspeed in knots, the scale on the right is altitude. The scale across the top is heading. The circle with wings is the flight path marker which tells the pilot where the aircraft will go if he does nothing else. The little sperm cell looking thing is the next steer point. You can see him aligning the FPM with the steerpoint. Depending on the mode selected you can see this guy pull almost 7g. CCRP is continuously computed release point, CCIP is continuously computed impact point - where his bombs would go if he released. This is what the SEAD players call a knife fight.
