I have never been a good writer on the weekends. I am just so busy....so here is my breakdown of my calorie intake.
Saturday
Breakfast: 520
2 sausage patties and Grands biscuits
1/4 a cup of coffee
Lunch: 360
party pizza
dinner: 500
Oven roasted chicken sub from subway(6 inch)
Sun chips
snacks: 72
Banana

Water intake
163 oz
SUNDAY
I decided not to stress calories on sunday…sorta like a cheat day but not really. I didnt want to go crazy with my food. Today was the first full day of Plexus.
Breakfast: 490
Bagel with strawberry cream cheese.
Lunch:
we went to golden corral so I dont have an actual calorie count but I picked at my food. 4 bites of steak, 4 or 5 bites of mashed potatoes, some shrimp, and some texas toast.
Dinner was a small bowl of cereal lets say 200 calories.
