She appears in front of me and stares into my eyes. She has pretty eyes. Green with flecks of hazel. I don’t think she is Mexican. She smiles. It is a sad but pretty smile. I pretend I can’t see the teeth.

Ha! One would probably have to be reading the whole story to keep things in context and get what you meant about the teeth! Until I saw the comments I assumed they were just....yellow/crooked/buck/missing. Vampire teeth - now THAT is more intriguing!
