February 26, 2016. So Far So Good! in February 2016

I woke up this morning feeling really great probably because I slept so well. I fell asleep just after the light by my bedroom door{ which is on a timer} shut itself off which means it was 11 PM. I woke just before my cell phone started its morning music to remind me to take medications. That happens at 8 AM, so that means 9 hours sleep. This is unusual for me since my usual sleeping time is 7 hours!

It looks like a lovely day outside. The sky is blue with little fluffy clouds and the sun is shining which automatically makes me feel better just seeing it. I am sitting here in red and white striped flannel pajamas digesting the two soft-boiled eggs, toast and Marmite, orange juice and coffee which I had for breakfast. I have no plans for the day except the basic ones of have a shower and get dressed. Then I may read all day or cook something. I can always find something to do!

i had less than 4 hours sleep. not sure why i couldn't sleep. 9 hours is a nice long time. i have a day planned like your's. i'm just gonna do whatever makes me happy today. take care,
