My plexus isn’t here yet but I wanted to start my diet TODAY. No more waiting for the perfect day no more excuses.
I have starved all day. Lol not a good sign.
I slept through breakfast which is pretty common.
LUNCH was a wendy’s grilled chicken sandwich with a packet of mayo with water to drink. 450 calories.
Dinner was white chicken chili with sour cream and cheese with a diet Dr k to drink. 455 calories.
I also had 2 cake cookies and a few cheese its. No idea about the calories.
I drank 64 oz of water today.
