Feeling disappointed. I went to give blood and went dizzy. It was only for a few seconds but they had to stop the donation 😞

Aw. Had you been running, didn't eat? I mean you're not worried something's wrong with you, are you?

I haven't run today and I ate three sausage rolls before I went! My theory, and that of the nurse, is that I had my head turned to the side because I was reassuring the girls (they were in the waiting room) and it put pressure on my artery, slowing the flow to my head. I now can't go until July! X

I hate it when that happens, for me it's usually low iron that precludes me,

better luck next time!

They usually won't let me donate because my blood pressure is too low :-( which is too bad cause I have AB - type and they always need it .
