I just loaded up facebook to check on progress in ODland (none) and found a note that Rick (formerly known as Dave Dog) passed away last weekend... Rick was a very special guy, and if you didn't know him, you missed out on something special. His health was terrible, but he fought to the end. He loved his family, his friends, his church, and his cat Lucky. Goodbye Rick... one day I'll see you in Heaven.
Rick is one of those guys who reminded me that whatever we have going on in our life, we have to live it to the fullest we can. And we have to be true to ourselves and be who we really are, and who God wants us to be... it doesn't matter who you love, it only matters that you do.
