Day Twenty: Who is the best boss you’ve ever had?
This is a tough call. Deena was my best friend after being my boss but not the best boss until about 2years into it. Allison was the best boss the first 2years but then went downhill the last 6 months.
Overall, I’d say Allison was my best boss. She was open, honest, emotional, fun and sweet. She worked hard and didn’t expect an insane amount of work from me but did recognize that I did a great job nannying for her children. She paid me the best she could and gave me days off when possible. She is still a big part of my life even if it is just via social media and phone calls. I do miss her and will plan to see her when I head to NY this coming summer with Chloe.
