so i did great. i went to the gym 3 times. im keeping up with walking lydia up and down the street whenever i can (it is getting darker out earlier and colder)

so in other news, my mom is in the hospital. she has an infection in her blood (seriously? just like lydia had? its not strep b though). so she went in yesterday and they said at least a week. she sounds horrible.

so i hope she feels better. i texted my boss and was like yeah mom is in the hospital i can come in after rob gets home from work or bring her in for a bit if something needs to be done.

i wish rob’s parents lived closer, they would take her in a heart beat (they both still work but get off at like 3pm cause his dad starts early and his mom is working part time).

she did offer to stay here when rob went away, but that doesnt sound like it might happen now. ugh. maybe ill end up going to rob’s parents if i get too overwhelmed. its just a far drive (1.25 hours).

im also hoping my boss will let me come in for 4 hours at night and get some things done. i guess i should call him.

lydia is doing awesome. she slept in her crib last night. shocking i know. she slept from 8:30 until 4am.

When you've taken Lydia into work with you, how long is it for? How well does it work?
I ask since child care is a real problem here and I'm starting to believe I'll be taking Chloe with me to work, which isn't ideal... but options are limited.

whenever she has been in it has been for less than a few hours. back when i was taking her in she was sleeping (the ride there makes her tired). the last time i took her in with me she cried and cried. LOL.

That's what I'm afraid of!
There's a very good chance I'll have her for an entire 8 hour shift. Not looking forward to it, but me not working isn't an option unfortunately.

Gads I wish I had a job where I could just work from home.
