9/15/15 If I am silent, I will be forgotten. (poem) in Everyday Life

Milliseconds, seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, years and I will be unnoticed.
7 years behind closed doors.
They say, “Don’t leave because we care.”
But no one cares.
Not a single person in the world.
I feel as though, each person experiences an emotion the other does not.
Silence flutters through the night.
And soon the night shall pass through day light.
I tell my story but nothing comes of it.
Someone dear once said, “Don’t ask ‘why me?!’ Because that is selfish.”
Pain surrounds every waken minute.
God, please take this away.
Take all the pain and misery I pray.
If I am silent, I will be forgotten.
And when forgotten, I will be no more.
