Had another viewing today, the second one from the couple that are moving into the area from further south.
As they were going round the place I was getting very good vibes from them.
Had a phone call about half-hour ago from the estate agents, and after a little haggling, IT’S SOLD!!!!
Of course, we got straight on the phone to the estate agent in Cornwall to let them know we wanted the house near St. Austell again.
As I suspected, Lee went to have a look at it on Sunday, when he was down there “catching up”, and he loved it. I have to say I was a little concerned as Dawn and he hadn’t seen the place and totally gone on my say-so,. I wasn’t too worried about Dawn as we have very similar tastes but you never know with Lee! But he was over the moon with it. House, annexe, location, everything. He went to the pub next door with our friends and had sunday lunch and was impressed with that too.
So here we are. We’ve sold, we’ve got a place to move to, I have 2 articles being published and 3 waiting for confirmation from Editors. To say things are going well would be an understatement………. now watch some bastard f**k it up! LOL
Nah, what will be, will be. We’ll revel in the excitement of the moment and just wait.
