Day Seven: What do you consider to be your strongest characteristics?
This one is easy- it’s my ability to read people, especially my students. I know what is going to be a challenge, what will be easy, what will set them off emotionally etc. I love figuring people out, it comes easily and naturally to me. Sometimes I have to remind myself that others do not have this ability and they may not be reading me or others around us correctly.
