Another 3 viewings this week.

One was by a couple that hd seen it a while ago, before it sold the first time. They wanted to come back to look closer at the kitchen as they would plan to extend it. In fact they’ve been back again this morning with their son who is a builder, so that’s looking good. But these are the ones that weren’t even on the market before. They say it went up for sale today. But from the sound of it, they have spare cash to be able to buy the place anyway.
We had a phone call from the estate agent yesterday saying that there was a couple sitting outside and asking if it would be ok if they had a look round. Apparently they were all the way from Kent (about 3-4 hours away) and were re-locating. They have sold their house, all the surveys had been done and they were ready to go ASAP. They contated the agents last night and want a second viewing on Monday. We also had another lady come mid-week and phoned us direct last night asking to come for a second viewing with a colleague next friday.
So with any luck one of them will buy it and the move will be on again.

Heard from the second editor that my other rticle is to be published in the Spring edition, that was on the local landmark, Grimsthorpe Castle, in This England . So all is going well.

Lee has gone down to Cornwall this weekend. he says to catch up with some friends. I have a feeling he is going to have a look at the property at Sticker that we are wanting to buy. Just a feeling.....cos I know my son!
Anyway, it’s a nice weekend together again for Dawn and me. So I’m going to enjoy some us time.

A quick mention for a regular reader and very good friend, +Pelican. Her daughter, Light, is getting married today (Saturday) and I was hoping to get there, but sadly things didn’t work out because of the fall through of the house sale. But I hope the day goes wonderfully for them and that Light and her new hubby have a long and wonderful life together.

Stay safe, peeps.
