Had a phone call this morning from the estate agents.
The couple that were buying our place have pulled out. Seems they have decided the kitchen isn’t big enough…….after two weeks!
Obviously, this has put our purchase of the new place at jeopardy now. We needed to sell to buy.
Apparently there are others that want to look at this place, that have asked to be kept informed, so we are hopeful it will re-sell soon.
Good job I hadn’t actually handed my notice in yet.
Life’s a bummer some times.
