There are sparkling lights tonight, and within the gallows of mistakes, I feel them burning it all to the ground.
Fire is as cleansing as water, both can be so destructive and in different ways necessary for life to swirl on.
Cauterize those sad eyes, and look away when the moment turns heavy, and the mood sinks so lengthy when he – when he failed to be to you all that for him you were. Still are.
So swirl with me, darling.
Won’t you dance with me when I am smiling at you and swaying on the floor.
Think of all the pain you have shed, and when you pirouette, allow yourself to forget that gloom and let it all fall to the floor.
There are surging waves tonight, and within the swells of regret, I feel them washing them all into nevermore.

I'm in the middle of UK country, you'll see very little red around here. Jess's mom is a huge UofL fan, she has a red car with a cardinal on the antenna and a UofL license plate. Last time Jess was in town she borrowed her mom's car to come see me and the boys told her she couldn't park it in our driveway.
I went to UK for a bit, but I have no feelings one way or another for any team...more go sports, whatever. (But I do avoid wearing red on game days, people notice.)

Well close, but you have to commit to the 'lewl' sound at the beginning a little more. I'll modify it to 7/10.
She wasn't worried about her car, the boys just don't want the neighbors thinking they're Cardinal fans. lol
I don't mind talking gamer stuff, but ask me who's playing in a ball game and I'll probably tell you the color of their jerseys.

I know the colors when they're playing on TV and I can see them. ;-) I do know a lot college basketball teams though, Grannie always loved UK basketball so we watched a lot of games.
