Fingers Crossed! in And so it Continues!

Well, estate agent phoned late yesterday and asked if we could do a viewing today. Oh hell yeah!
So Mr n Mrs Viewer turned up at 12.30 in a silver Audi estate, which is the car I saw do a drive by last night! They made all the right noises. Happy with the size of the rooms, the garden, the garage, even looked in the attic. I gave them the tour and then let them mooch around on their own. I guess they were here about 30 minutes. Seemed impressed with the savings we made from our solar panels, so who knows. All in all, they liked the place but were very non-commital and have another 2 to look at, so I guess we just wait.
What will be, will be.
Weather’s not been too bad today, but the evenings are definitely getting chillier. You can certainly tell it’s autumn.
We’ve had Kelsie (granddaughter) here most of the day. We take it in turns with the grandkids every weekend. She was a little gem as always, never any trouble. But she doesn’t stop talking! I even text Paula and asked where the ‘OFF’ switch was!
To be fair it was all ‘Nana’ today. I spent some time with her while Dawn did some jobs when they got back, then Dawn took her and I disappeared into my office to do some more writing and send a couple of proposals to magazines. Then I came out about an hour before she went to give Dawn’s ears a bit of rest. I could actually hear her all the time in my office, though! LOL
Nothing else to report today, so this is only a quick entry.
