I’ve been feeling tired a lot lately. Mainly just groggy. I’ve been using sleeping pills which I’ve never used before. It takes me a long time to sleep. I’ve had this be the way of it for quite some time in my life. So. just this morning I decided that I will not be drinking coffee like I’ve been. I’m switching to orange juice in the mornings. Then perhaps every other morning I will switch to herbal (decaffeinated tea). Then next thing I’ll switch off is how much sugar I consume. I’m not sure how much it is because I really don’t eat that much to begin with.
That should change things,
