Hump Day in Diet and Exercise

Its been a bad day on top of a bad week, and not helped by the fact that OD has not been working. Angie and I weighed and measured for July. The weight was up a little but I lost another few percentages points in % of body fat. We didn't really have much time after that but she wanted me to try two exercises that I hated and didn't want to do. One was to put your feet on a small platform and your hands on weights out in front of you and then do like a jumping jack. The other was stability ball curl ups.

We also had a ABF fundraiser at work today which is always hard work and stressful. Will people support it? WIll we have enough food? WIll we have too many leftovers. So I dealt with the stress by eating a BBQ sandwich, chips, slice of banana cake and a brownie.

Good things I did for me Zumba Rowed 10 thousand meters in a little over an hour. I was supposed to negative splits going faster for the last half hour than the first but that didn't happen
