Friday is here and the weekend begins, yay!
Been a r-e-a-l-l-y slow day. Actually up at a decent time today. No disturbance from pets. Breakfasted, took dogs out with Dawn. Did what little work I had to do, then Dawn set off for her little cleaning job that she does once a fortnight.
I often think this must be really hard for her. It’s for the elderly lady that lived across the drive from Mum. Dawn really had a hard time when she passed away last May and still struggles sometimes when we see pics of her , or think of something she would like. It never gets easier, you just learn to cope a little better, i think.
Anyway, once she finished there she went straight over to Paula’s to start babysitting the grandsprogs. Paula and Drew were leaving around lunchtime for their night away. Got to chat to Dawn tonight and she assures me it hasn’t been too bad and she is surviving!
I had someone else come to look at the Kawasaki 125 I have for sale today. She liked it enough to leave a deposit on it, and is bringing her boyfriend tomorrow to give it a proper check over. I’ve told her all about it, and I guess the b/f will try to chip me on price. We’ll see!!!
It’s been bloody hot today, and supposed to be hotter tomorrow! That will be nice if my buyers come early so I can get out on the bike for a blast.
Well, nothing else exciting has happened today, so I’ll sign off.
