Well, today was another day of fun. Didn’t get to make any appointments for today, and all my colleagues appointments were well over 3 hours away, so I couldn’t really help them out either. So I ended up having a chat with another colleague on Facebook as we were both at home! LOL
Our works computers have a chat programme through Skype, but you never know who is monitoring it as it goes through works servers.

Weather was really naff today…overcast with light drizzly tye rain that gets you soaked without you knowing it. Not that I ventured out in it! Only places I went today were the local Supermarket, Tesco, and the fish n chip shop for tea. That’s a Friday ritual in our house.

Had an email from an ad I put on Gumtree, and there is a guy coming to look at the Kawasaki KH125 I did up a bit ago. Hopefully he’ll take it off my hands so I can get a bit of room in the garage. he’ll be here sometime tomorrow afternoon, he said.

As I was at home with very little to do today I helped Dawn with the housework. Again Friday is one of her ritual cleaning days. I also managed to do some more course work, and even have an idea for an article that I shall actually try to get published off my own back, outside the course. Mainly because it is to do with my trip to Germany on my bike in early September, and I don’t think we’ll have covered enough stuff by then. I have been published before, but that was many years ago. I do know the routine. I guess we’ll see if I am learning anything!

September can’t come quick enough for me. As well as the jaunt to Germany on the bike, we’re also off to the caravan in Cornwall for 10 days towards the end of the month. We will actually get time on our own for once! Well, apart from the dogs of course. In fact we’ll have an extra one! One of the reasons we are going down then is that Vicki is going to Spain with her feller and we’ll have to look after Hiro, her Pug! He gets on well with Harley and Honey, but hasn’t met little Furby yet! That will be interesting.

Enough waffle for one night.
Stay safe, peeps.
