It is 4:46am on Thursday and after a not so restful night I was up and making my coffee some time after 4. Dude called me yesterday and his nurse called to give him the time for surgery on Friday. It is scheduled for 5:30 AM Friday. I guess I’ll go up tonight and stay in the hotel room they got. They got an extra bed for me in case and I guess I’ll do it. Might as well since I won’t sleep here anyway and have to get on the road by 2:30 AM to give me time. A and Owen are staying here tonight with J although A wasn’t too thrilled about sleeping on the guest room bed. She’ll survive. She can sleep in my bed if she wants but she never has before.
We all need your prayers and good thoughts. Now I’m getting nervous. Not taking my laptop but may be able to update with my phone. If all goes well I’ll come back home Friday sometime and he should be released to come home on Saturday. Thanks for all your support and prayers. God Bless and take care.
