So sad that weekends go so quickly. Yesterday was a wasted day which was nice. Today I accomplished the deep cleaning of the upstairs section of the house...minus the laundry. So much laundry! At our apartments we have multiple laundry rooms. They all have 3 regular wagers and ONE industrial dryer a piece. The one we are closest to has a broken dryer. We continue a couple wash loads and go for the dryer further away and it's being used non-stop. So...not a good day for that chore as I wasn't. willing to go to the Laundromat.
I worked on my son's room. Got him military camo bedding and a moon and glow stars above his window. It's really coming together nicely. We had painted the bedroom furniture a really deep brown and are having a couple of the dresser drawers fixed by my MIL. It should hold up for awhile when it comes to age appropriateness. He'll need a new mattress probably within the next couple years though.
Went to my dad's after reading some Catching Fire. Got caught up on The Walking Dead...my dad is pleased with this lol. I don't have cable so I go every Sunday to his place to watch it and I get made fun of the whole time lol. He doesn't get draw to this show at all...and tries to spend the hour talking about Breaking Bad. Which has led up to us watching 3 episodes this evening and him vowing to keep quiet so that doesn't have to occur again.
Welp, now I'm gonna fold the little bit of laundry that got done and head to bed. Busy day coming up tomorrow. Night!
