Some news, Not much. in Ok!!!

Well Folks kinda hum drum round chere. Raining every afternoon. Thunderstorms lightening and such. So tire of being wet. Ground is so rotten. been a record year for rain. Rivers and bayous all muddy. Fish is hard to come by. Took my second oldest grandson (13) fishing Friday morning. Caught about 20 but most were small. Using jigs and shiners. Also went with a Buddy last Thursday. Using jigs and shiners but we caught a dozen or so big enough to eat. Saturday me and my bride spent the whole day together riding and looking around the local lakes for a camp on the water. someplace with a good swimming hole and a back yard. Nothing fancy just comfi. We had a good time riding all day. Even went to Toledo bend dam lake. Camps there or too pricey as you would guess. One of the hottest bass fishing lakes in the country. Ten pounders are not uncommon there. Sunday church. We had a tribute concert by our choir to our nation, morning service. I really like singing in the choir. Dats about it. I grilled pork steaks Saturday evening for our Holiday meal. It was real good. So I am back on my diabetes diet. been bad last 6-8 weeks. Not feeling good. To much carbs. Energy level goes way down with to many carbs. Can use some prayer help with this one. Hardest thing in the world for me to do is quit eating. I just really have to practice portion control. Eat healthy foods and no sugars and keep my carbs under 60 a day. Tough to do for a fellow who loves all kinds of sweets. Oh well we all have our nemesis don’t we. So, really need your prayers if you do that sort of thing. Yall have a good day…
