I’m not one to ask for help, or to let people help me. But here’s the situation. I need like.. $5,000 to get to Idaho. I have nothing. My car is a piece of crap, it isn’t going to make the drive unless we get some work done on it before we go, and we have about 4-5 days of driving the AlCan to accomplish… not only that, but we need some way to secure a place to stay once we get there, and some way to pay for the rental UHaul to get our stuff to Idaho with us.
We were denied a loan at two different places, in part because Ross can’t shut his big fat mouth… but mostly because I have poor credit, although it has improved lately from something like 500 to 600, which is far more than I thought it would be.. it’s not enough to offset my current debt due to student loans and a defaulted car loan from years ago. I need help.
I’m going to make this happen, I just don’t know how. I need to order passport cards for me and the kids, still, and I have no idea how I’ll afford that. We’ll need about $2k for the Uhaul, and another $700 or so for gas to get down there, and about $900 for a deposit on a rental home. I have no idea how to make this work. My parents have basically refused to help us, even though they certainly could. My idiot ex husband refuses to get off his ass and have a single piece of paper notarized in order to release his already garnished tax refund to me ($3,500!!!) before September (which is too late to be of any help, we have to be there by August 15th) and I don’t know where else to turn. I’m trying to circulate this GoFundMe page, but it’s getting VERY little attention.
Please, if you can help, even a little, please consider it. We would appreciate it so much. It would help us make our dreams come true and start a better life. Provide for our kids. Stop living paycheck to paycheck, in fear, and get out from under the debt we’ve amassed in our adult lives. We’re working so hard to get through this and make it work. We need this and want this SO much.
