I signed up for 4 exercise classes, 5 days a week. OK - couldn’t handle that much - so cut it down to 4 - still 5 days a week.
By last week I realized my arthritis was killing me, and I was just EXHAUSTED.
Clearly it was too much. Now of course, the pendulum has swung in the other direction and I do almost nothing, again.
Ah, but I am getting more reading done…
