20 YEARS LATER............... in AWAKEN

Come JUNE 4TH, it will be my 20th year of being out of high school...................wow................20 years???? From the way i’m living, where im living, and what I do, I wouldn’t of imaging any of it, at all, it’s a celebration and a sad day, its a celebration because I’ve survived 20 years on my own(and with my lovely wife), I still have all my limbs, still have all my hair(even thou its getting grayer by the day), all my family is still alive(were spaced out pretty good, but alive), and I’ve came along way from that pimpled faced shy ass kid that didn’t have friends until his last year of high school................nothing is like it was back then, i was boney, now i’m semi plump, i didn’t have facial hair, now i got grass like facial hair(it actual grows like weeds really), I was a virgin(o.k., I know TMI), and i had no confidence( well............that was in still current), but i have lived a crazy 20 year folks, i’m a father now, i’m married now, I pay bills(that current too, forever) but the one thing i’m very proud of is the fact that every friend of mine is still my friends to this very day, were all a little older, but friends none the less............................that 19 year old kid didn’t know what would happen after he walked the stage............but he has done pretty dam good if you ask his older self, pretty dam good indeed.....................SO SAY WE ALL.
