I am just starting a new program.
With my previous program I ended up doubling the weight that I started with and completing the same number of repetitions.
My new program is almost like circuit training, and I complete 9 exercises in 40 minutes. Bloody hard work, with a warm up and lots of stretching.
Still loosing weight even though I am building muscle.
Down 10 Kg or 22 pounds in 11 weeks.
