Aww man, I’m frustrated with myself that I had kind of gotten in to the habit of writing regularly and now I’ve let it go ages again!

There’s not really too much to report…

I have tried to keep up with my exercise after finishing my 12 weeks with Ross but I’m definitely not as disciplined as when I was working with him! I have been enjoying the programmes he’s written me though. Yesterday I did my first zigzag ‘sprints’ in a while and the first ones I’d done by myself as Paul hadn’t come over the night before. I actually kind of enjoyed it although I think I probably should have gone a little bit earlier, it got really hot towards the end!

Paul called me as I was running to try and tell me not to go because he wanted us to go for a cycle later. So I ended up doing both! We went and bought some padded cycling shorts from sports direct first because our bottoms were still sore from the cycle we did on Wednesday! And then we went and met up with Paul’s friends and drove to Moors valley. It was actually me that suggested Moors Valley as a cycling spot because Paul and I always go across to Studland and back but it takes all day and it really hilly so I fancied a change but I’m not sure what I imagined Moor Valley to be like! It was really fun but quite scary and I am a massive wimp! There were loads of cycle trails through the forest which were really fun but they were quite skinny so I didn’t want to go through them too fast, luckily Paul insisted on going behind me to check that I didn’t fall off so I didn’t get left by myself and the others would wait for us to catch up every so often. It was a beautiful day so it was lovely to be out in the sunshine, there was one quite steep gravel downhill part that I completely noped out of and waddled down like a loon but the rest of it I did really enjoy.

Afterwards we went to a pub nearby for some chips and drinks.
And after that we went to Mum’s for dinner and to see Rupert. He is really naughty but really cute, he is so soft and tiny and fluffy! And he doesn’t mind being picked up and cuddled which makes a nice change from my little diva cat!

Beth and Lewis are on holiday at the moment and making me jealous with all their photos! They had 5 days in Majorca, they’re in Rome at the moment, then they’re going to Florence and then Venice before coming back home! I’m really looking forward to my holidays this year, me and Paul are going to Tenerife together in 22 days! He’s organised as my 30th birthday present and is taking care of all the spending money as well so I am being really spoilt! I am super excited for it, but I also really want to be a little bit less chunky when we go but I still can’t seem to sort my diet out. I know what I should and shouldn’t be eating but I have no self-control! I am really glad That I’ve kept up with the exercising though. I’m really enjoying it and usually if my eating wasn’t great I would have given up on the exercise too, but I would like to at least get my food a little bit more under control before I turn 30!
