My first and second set of foster parents were limy English. Tea was the staple beverage in our house. I don't ever recall coffee being at either house. And tea was the loose leaves of tea not the crap bagged stuff. We had tea in a pot with tea cozy and a strainer was used to catch the leaves when pouring them into your cup. When I first started drinking tea I took cream and lots of sugar. Then as I matured into a more refined tea drinker I took just cream And I matured more and took just sugar. I thought the utmost in tea drinking maturity is drinking it black. I haven't made it thus far. I have never drank ,drunk or drinked coffee. The smell actually makes me sick
