Tim and I woke up at 7:30 this morning (good god what even is that hour?) to prepare for our announcement photos. We met with our photographers at 9am at the park where we had our hand-fasting ceremony. I ended up having a wicked cute last-minute idea for the announcement so I was REALLY excited to share it with Ibby and Eric.
Of course, however, the wind was INSANE. We had to reschedule our first shoot because of the wind but we just decided to try and work with it today. They showed us a few of the shots they got and they look INCREDIBLE. It’s something incredible watching the two of them together. Eric is kind of the front man with the camera that takes all of the main focus shots, but Ibby is definitely the creative. She was getting angles that I never would have even thought of, and watching the two of them was like watching some kind of choreographed dance. We always have so much fun with them. I hope we’re able to spend some quality time with them this summer as our friends and not just taking our pictures.
The photo shoot took about an hour. We tried inviting them to lunch but they’ve got another photo shoot this afternoon and then a wedding tomorrow. We hugged and said our goodbyes and Ibby said they should be ready to be posted next week. I’m so freakin excited! This is what I wore today:
I cannot believe how big my boobs are getting. I have NO bras that fit except for the feeding bra I bought and I don’t want to wear that out before the baby comes. I’m going to Wal-Mart today so I think I might get some sports bras while I’m there.
I feel really good today! I want to get some serious cleaning done because the house just feels so stuffy. I WANTED to vacuum with the vacuum my mother gave us, but Tim went to turn it on and the damn belt is snapped in half. That’s why I have to go to Wal-mart. Now I’ve got 2 broken vacuum cleaners in my apartment.
-_-;; It’s frustrating.
So, yeah! Busy weekend for me. Josh is gonna come over while Tim is at work and we’re gonna watch movies and I’m gonna use him to help me move some the Temple/Nursery around. I have no idea how I’m going to do it but I’ll figure it out.
