All i am doing in Im new

Al I am doing is working, eating, training and sleeping at the moment.

Walked/ ran 10 km last evening on the treadmill. in 105 minutes.

This morning is intervals. aim for 8km runs for 2 minutes with 2 minutes rest. by 6 times.

We will see.
