New hobby! in Ok!!!

Yep I am addicted to tying Crappie jigs. I have a passion for it and I am pretty good at it. Also Bream sponge spiders. Use them on my fly rod. Just a lot of fun doing this. Taught myself from You tube. Learning a whole new language with this hobby. Like Flash-a-boo, Chenille, whipping stick etc. Lures have their own names like, woogie booger, electric chicken, Cajun cricket, Shinere, etc. funny stuff. I make up my own names for my creations. I just need to prove they will catch fish. LOL Some of mine or, hokey dokay, blue mirage, pinky dinky, smooth in a groove. Of coarse these all have different color patterns but fish the same way. I am having a ball doing this. Don’t watch near as much TV anymore. Just kinda listen to it now. Keeps me occupied at night too. Advantage: I don’t eat cause I am bored. So yeah,has some health benefits too. But, the proof is in the pudding. Soon as the water clears up some I’m off to find out if my creations will catch crappie. Some of the patterns I have tied have been loaned to me by crappie fisherman that catch fish on their jigs. So my renditions should work too. I will keep you posted.
