So I thought I would try a journal entry. Not much to write about though. suppose to go Crappie fishing in the morning. Still to cold down here but I got the itch. And, when it itches you suppose to scratch it. So I am going and I really don’t care if I catch anything. BTW, I am now officially addicted to tying crappie jigs. I so love doing that. It is a passion and it lets me use my creative juices and my hands at the same time. The first fish I catch this year on my jigs is going back in the water. I figure It was good enough to try my lure I will return the favor and not eat it. (fish)
All is well with all my birds and animals. Selling a few rabbits. Incubator has some Rhode Island red eggs a setting in it. Suppose to hatch next week on the 19th. Baby Maggie now weighs 10 lbs. (grand daughter) (new one) (yall know which one).
Work is going good. Today is kinda slow. Missed church last night. Brotherhood was Tuesday night at church. Friday night is Sweetheart banquet with my bride at church, sooo …To much church this week. needed a night to just rest. So I rested. I sound like Forest Gump. LOL.. Common Sense how are your toes.
Appreciate your prayers. Got a sun spot on my right temple. Going to Dermatologist this afternoon. They will probably want to scrape it and send off too lab. I used to work in the Gulf and on big work and crew boats. We never wore shirts or long pants. Didn’t know back in the 60’s your not suppose to get a dark suntan. We worked in it 8-12 hours a day without any type of protection. Hard work too. Working in any part of the oilfields is hard work. Learn a huge amount about a lot of things out there and I do love to learn. I can’t ever know to much. But I was straight off the wrestling team in college and all muscled up and didn’t want to wear a shirt anyway. Now, I know… Day late and a dollar short. LOL..I wear a shirt now to hide all the fat. Haha.. Weird thought I just had… Came right out of my finger tips. Life is good and I have a joy in my heart that most folks can’t understand. I am truly living a dream… Just hope I don’t wake up.....
