My area has been dealing with some very cold weather. Daytime temps most days has ranged from 32 degrees to nighttime temperatures between 10-20 degrees. I had bee waiting for a part to come to repair my dishwasher. The repair man came today with the part and advised against installing it until after a sizable moderation of the cold. The part is a small plastic valve that if it has water in the line will freeze and crack. The next time this happens I will have to pay for the repair. The wall behind the dishwasher has a drafty breezy frigid wind.

Possibly this weekend both the Environmental and the Building Company may meet with me. I want to get started on my House Raising but I need several things complete before I can proceed with the actual starting of the work. I need an l plan for the foundation; the actual lifting of the house and then the construction of the new foundation. Municipal Permits are a factor as well as the Building Department is over worked and behind on issuance. I think this delay me enough that I will be able to start in better weather conditions.

Tomorrow Doris and I am planning on going to see American Sniper. We are also making plans for the following weekend something more romantic such as a Dinner-Dance night, Rose for the Lady and Check for the Man. That might also help to warm up the weather.
